Trustees

The Trust is currently managed by 5 elected Trustees of whom 2 retire every second year. Elections are due to be held in August 2011. Ganges Singh and Don Thomson were the successful candidates in the 2009 elections.

The Trust Deed contains strict requirements which have the effect of limiting the eligibility of persons wishing to be a Trustee of Counties Power Consumer Trust. The Eligibility criteria are at this link.

The Election timetable has been set and all eligible consumers are invited to contact the returning officer on 0800 922 822 AFTER 3 May 2011 and BEFORE 14 June 2011.
